Refund policy
We have a NO return/exchange policy, which means you cannot place a return or request for a refund once the order is confirmed. Only if the product is damaged, we shall replace the same product or issue a gift card for the same amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Replacements or Refund in the form of Gift Cards
We will notify you once weβve received your request along with the proof in the form of images/videos of the damaged shipment.
Once we are done with the inspection we shall replace / issue the gift card of the same amount in 72 hours.Β
